Our open air dining room with poolside seating is sited 2,000 feet above the Caribbean offering the perfect escape to tranquility. Imagine breathtaking panoramic views, picture perfect sunsets and cool breezes complimented only the by the sounds of surf, soft jazz and exceptional food and wine.

Our menu evolves constantly to show case only the finest and freshest ingredients. We utilize locally grown produce, a wide variety of fresh fish and seafood and work with a network of purveyors who provide us with only the finest foods in the world. When preparing these exceptionally fresh products we aim to optimize the flavors and create dishes that excite and satisfy.

If you enjoy great wine you will enjoy the wide selection of wines from around the world or if you prefer let us guide you through a food and wine pairing. A flexible tasting menu which features creative dishes paired with a “tasting pour” of wine is divided into four sections and allows you to compose your own meal according to your appetite and budget.
